Check out the biggest ARRA expenditures and you’ll see they have been nothing more than grants to states that are sinking in a sea of red ink.

Good point. Most State’s can’t deficit spend or borrow the money to keep spending. So the federal government borrowed the money from China so the State’s could pay their bills. Quick fix for the States but doesn’t solve the overspending problem and it just puts the lender to the States (the Federal government)closer to insolvency. We are so screwed...
It is state union govt workers and locals union govt workers plus the UAW. TARP was a union bailout.
