Hey stupid at the supreme court! Here is the fact. The union is only held together by the constitution which is a piece of paper only valid as long as we the people believe it to be. You pigs in washington are shreading it by the day and making it moot. States can break away when you kill the document holding them together. Like it or not , pig.

I worry about you brother,, if you keep holding hour feelings inside, you might get an ulcer. Just say what you REALLY think!

Just kidding,, you said it perfectly. They shred the constitution on a daily basis. Then when faced with rising anger,,,they get to wave it in our face to control us? Who do these pricks think they’re kidding? Either both sides are bound by it, or none are.

“Hey stupid at the supreme court! ... Like it or not , pig.”

I am also angry... but how do we convince voters to join us in restoring the Constitution?

The union is only held together by the constitution which is a piece of paper only valid as long as we the people believe it to be.

The union is held together by an armed military, now just as it was in the 1860's. The constitution is that scrap of paper about half of us hope the gubmint abides by ... actually, I should say wish the gubmint would abide by.

Two hundred and forty years ago the farmers and merchants who threw off King George's yoke were armed nearly as well as King George's military.

Spend a little time on some sites like 'military.com' for a sobering view of the toys we-the-taxpayers have provided for the "commander in chief."

When push comes to shove, we will have a better time of it by swamping gubmint with massive civil disobedience than with armed opposition. Fewer of us will die in the process. Not none, but fewer.

Actually most states joined the Union under certain contractual agreements extraneous to the Constitution. If at anytime the Union fails to meet, uphold, or overrun said state the contract is non-binding.

So stick that in your ear Scalia!

The new constitution and government of Ohio was required only to be “republican, and not repugnant to the ordinance of the thirteenth of July, one thousand seven hundred and eighty-seven, between the original States and the people and States of the territory northwest of the river Ohio,” Enabling Act of 1802.

So this would lead me to think that if the Federal government fails to meet the republican standard...we have the right and obligation to secede.
