That's the scam my friend. All these 'Rats are heading for the lifeboats just before the good ship USA hits the iceberg.
They're making these 'we have to be responsible' noises now so later on, when the mobs are after them, they can say "I tried to stop it!".
It won't matter, though.

Maybe Churchill was right about being a liberal in youth and a conservative later in life and having a brain. Caddell has finally used his brain, just a little late in life.
