Being an adult leader for the youth.
Going to youth group Sunday afternoons (and missing Colts games to do it)
Giving up a week of my vacation time to serve on mission trips doing good for poor and needy people.
My son, a high school junior, volunteers at the church food pantry every Wednesday afternoon. Tonight he’s starting a 30 hour famine with his friends.
Every Christmas my Sunday School class adopts needy families from the community to provide them with food and gifts.
I reserve passing judgment on those in tough circumstances, knowing full well that I have sinned and don’t deserve to live any better than many of them. I’m just lucky, and share what I have because of my faith. I give time, money, and talent.
Now, to be somewhat judgmental, tell me just what these eminent divas have done? Other than to attack people like me for what we do?
To discuss issues? like the price of fish or ugly girls and makeup or how the GED can make a female more attracive to men..or other career womyn.
I always wonder to myself..where are the good serial killers when you need them to come around? Why people like these 2 are given the opportunity to do this crap for a living and get paid for it...God is much kinder than I am. Where is the justice?
