I have not forgotten it nor have I not forgotten that Murtha did not have the class to ever say he was sorry to these soldiers. And that says quite a bit about him as a man IMO. The Marine Corp Leadership should have apologized to these soldiers also & I doubt they have either. I hated Murtha & may he rot. Murtha is not a good topic to get into with me. Have a good evening.

The press and print media may have forgotten Murtha’s “cold-blooded killer” accusations, but many Americans did not. It is sad that a man nearing the end of his life could not find it within him to attempt to make amends to these Marines and to the Marine Corps. His loss.
