California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger was dismissive of the Tea Party movement in a “This Week” exclusive interview with Terry Moran.
"The Tea Party is not going to go anywhere,” Schwarzenegger told Moran. “I think the Tea Party is all about just an expression of anger and dissatisfaction.
”MORAN: It's a very aggressive Republican positioning and I want to go back to the CPAC conference. The Republicans reasserted their congressional power. Essentially the massive campaign of obstruction, filibusters more than 100 in one year, 80 percent of major legislation -- and as Mike Pence, congressman from Indiana, one of the Republican conservative leaders in the House put it at CPAC, they're proud of that record.

REP. MIKE PENCE, R-IND.: Sometimes no is just what this town needs to hear. When it comes to more borrowing, the answer is no. When it comes to more spending, the answer is no. When it comes to more bailouts, the answer is no.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
MORAN: Governor Schwarzenegger, is the Republican Party, your party, the party of no right now?
SCHWARZENEGGER: Well, you know, they have the big opposite position. I mean, because first when it come to the party itself, they have to do everything they can in order to win in November. So they're going to say no to everything, they're going to say it is not good but Obama is --

“the Republican Party, your party”
LOL
Damn right we’re not going anywhere. We’re going to fight and continue fighting until we take our country back.
Dream on monkey boy!!!!
I fervently pray that after November we will never see this jackass in politics again.
Though I cannot say it on this forum, my response to him is his own line from the original Terminator movie.
Guess which one it is?
Hint: It ain’t “I’ll be back”
Ahhhnold, your pea brain is economically challenged.
Arnold should have had that R at the end of his name stripped away a long time ago. Someday perhaps we’ll have the pleasure of doing just that to him and to the other Republicans that want to act like liberal democrats.
This is what happens when you sleep with the enemy, plus too many ‘roids.
Naturally this genius didn’t explain how 40 republican senators could stage a filibuster! Must have slipped his mind.
I watched part of that interview, I couldn’t stand to watch much, but I got the impression that Arnold is shrinking. I swear he looked smaller.
Vindicated, AGAIN! LOL
Its long past the time that Schwarzy should make it official, surrender his Rockefeller Republican status, leave the GOP and become a Democrat.
I hear the Kennedy's are looking for a new family leader.
LOL. Nice one, Free Thinker.
I remember way back when Bush won the presidency, and some guy in the receiving line starts saying he never voted for him, and he wasn’t going to be any good, etc. And Bush shook his hand, moved him along the line, and said “Who cares what you think”. So I say to Arnold, who cares what you think.
I think the Tea Party has a brighter future than Ahnold
