I don’t get all this constant criticism of George Will. He is a solid conservative and one of the most important conservatives in the country since before Ronald Reagan became President. The mentality of bashing people like George Will is the same mentality that has brought us people like Obama and Al Franken. You don’t have to agree with every single thing the man says, but my God, he more than deserves to be listened to. If anyone disagrees with me, go and listen to the CPAC speech and tell me all the parts you disagree with. George Will is also an astute observer of baseball which creates even more goodwill as far as I am concerned.
I agree. I don’t agree with him on the death penalty, but I’m going to agree with him on more things than not. I’m not a huge fan of his, but his speech is clever and entertaining and spot on.
