This is why I didn’t jump on the bandwagon supporting him.

To who? I wouldn’t choose to use that word for someone who voted to end debate on something that will probably get 50% of his party’s support.

Just saying that word carries a lot of weight with some of us, be careful who you direct it towards.

For cripe sake...he said he was an Independent.

Why in hell do people on FR throw a fit every time an Independent turns out not to be a hardcore conservative in everything they say and do?

Absence of leadership in the GOP.

I knew he wasn’t a real conservative, but I didn’t really expect him to jump ship this fast. Why does he think he was elected?

Looks like he beat Collins and Snow to the lifeboats.

I never even considered him as a presidential candidate, but I thought he’d be at least moderately good as a Senator from Massachusetts.

Evidently not.

Since I have absolutely no idea what is in Scott Brown's head this is complete speculation.

I can see giving Harry Reid a win on a much reduced jobs bill so that the accusation of "Republicans always say no to everything" can't be as believable in the future. This could *really* help us when (and if) the health care votes come around.

Just a theory but it could be operative.

He is a bigtime RINO.

It's too early to reach such a conclusion.

He's a whole lot better than Croakley would have been. We got half a loaf with Brown but it's still better than having a nothing loaf.

Is Brown going to turn out to be a Dem plant?
Thinking back, the White House was not really that shaken when he won.
The Congress version of Justice Souter?
Hmmmm...

Well, your man Brown just crossed the aisle to vote with the Dems.

So much for falling on a grenade for the greater good.

Like most in the GOP, he's a back-stabber, not a squad-saver.

I didn’t send him $$$$ because I am saving for building some gallows in DC.

Elections matter not anymore.

At least he helped throw the commies off track for a bit...hope he gets to play hoops before they all hang.

He is a bigtime RINO.

I'd call him an AROM (A Republican of Massachusetts).

Looks like Massachusetts produces only rotten fruit. SB is like an apple that is rotten on one side but edible on the other-—
