Rand Paul: Iran Wants Nukes Because It “Feels Threatened”

It's a bad thing to try to understand your enemy's motivations?
I would suggest that understanding why your opponent fights, is useful information for undermining his efforts.

The Paulbot retort: “It’s America’s fault ! Why if we weren’t so imperialist, the Mohammadans would love us !”

Thank you for confirming your support for the Paleo Paulbot zombie dangerously nutty stances. Now get lost, n00b.

Actually, I think that if we're willing to get involved in Middle Eastern wars, but are unwilling to nuke Mecca -- then we're just going to be fighting the same war, on-and-off, for decades. Ad Infinitum.
Like I said, it's important to understand your enemy's motivations, understanding how to strike at his "will to fight". But as far as bombing Mecca, the only people whom I've ever heard point out just how that would undermine Islamic will to fight, are Rep. Tom Tancredo -- and Ron Paul's former chief staffer, Dr. Gary North.

Thank you for confirming your support for the Paleo Paulbot zombie dangerously nutty stances. Now get lost, n00b.

My support for Sarah Palin and Rand Paul are here to stay.

So, like I said -- If you want to spend all your time bashing Sarah Palin's endorsed candidates, I'm sure there's plenty of Democrat websites where you can bash Palin's choices to your heart's content. The Dems will probably give you a standing ovation.

Yeah, you let me know when Ron Paul gets elected in a statewide or national election, ok?

I'm not arguing with you, I like Ron Paul, but he's Don Quixote, and his son is very much not.

This is just another case of the Libertarians using the GOP ticket to get one of their own into a high-profile office. There’s a lot of this going on and the Libertarians don’t have conservatives’ best interests at heart.

They’re going to be trying this in a lot of critical elections and we have to be on our toes in order to put a stop to it.

Rand Paul is going to take Sarah Palin's endorsement to the bank, and win this one in a walk.

That's good for the Paul People, good for the GOP, and good for Sarah Palin's support in 2012.

I hope Rand Paul is a lot like his father, but there is no way to know except for his words which suggest so.

Not that I’m a Ron Paul fan, its just that at this point Ron Paul is about the only republican with a record of keeping his word in Washington D.C.

They're awfully similar. Domestically, their politics are almost identical. Rand Paul is a little more hawkish than Ron Paul on the war in Afghanistan, and on military tribunals for Terror suspects. Those are probably the biggest differences.

Not that I’m a Ron Paul fan, its just that at this point Ron Paul is about the only republican with a record of keeping his word in Washington D.C.

Well, like I said above -- "with her endorsement of Rand Paul in Kentucky, I think that we'll probably see more of the Paul People moving towards Sarah Palin's camp, rather than the other way around."

Sadly, yes. You’ll see the mindless attacks from the n00b trolls attacking the opponents of Junior Paul as RINOs, which isn’t grounded in reason (yeah, Jim Bunning’s protege, Trey Grayson is one, right ? Wrong). These are scary whackjobs because they view the Paul family as religious idols and anyone that gets in their way must be destroyed. Ron Paul is the ultimate anti-Reagan, and even LEFT the Republican Party to run against the Reagan record. He’s now trying to get his prodigy annointed for the next generation. We just dodged a bullet in TX when Paulbot Medina crashed and burned, now take out the Paul family Paleo-cretins is of paramount importance this year.

What’s good for the “Paul People” is not good for conservatives. This is a conservative site.

Sarah Palin and Rand Paul are conservatives. I support Sarah Palin, and I support Rand Paul.

You can throw Sarah Palin under the bus in service to your obsessive Paul-hatred as you quite evidently want to; but as for me, I stand with Governor Palin and do so proudly.

Sarah Palin is a conservative.

Rand Paul is a Libertarian masquerading as a Republican. They do this because they know they can't win elections running on the (L) ticket.

I like most of what Sarah Palin has to say, but I must say her choices of people to endorse are very disappointing so far. McCain and Paul....what is she thinking? Although, I do remember when she spoke about Rand Paul, she clearly stated that they didn't agree on everything.

I did this glossary a couple of days ago, complied from Paulbot talking points. They all pretty much do the same thing. Feel free to add anything and I'll include it on the list. ;-)

Ron Paul Acolyte Glossary:

Neo-Con: Anybody who does not worship Ron Paul.

Statist: Anybody who does not worship Ron Paul.

Paul-Hater: Anybody who does not worship Ron Paul.

RINO: Any GOP candidate who is not Ron Paul.

Small-government conservative: This only applies to Ron Paul or Ron Paul disciples such as Debra Medina or Rand Paul. Nobody else is allowed to claim this.

Big-government supporter: Anybody who does not worship Ron Paul.

People who understand and support the Constitution: This only applies to Ron Paul or Ron Paul disciples such as Debra Medina or Rand Paul. Nobody else is allowed to claim this.

9/11: What the US deserved for refusing to roll over to Muslim terrorists in the Middle East.

Well, gee -- since Rand Paul is a registered Republican who is leading amongst Kentucky Republicans by almost a 2 to 1 margin, I guess that makes Rand Paul a Republican also, doesn't it?

I like most of what Sarah Palin has to say, but I must say her choices of people to endorse are very disappointing so far. McCain and Paul....what is she thinking? Although, I do remember when she spoke about Rand Paul, she clearly stated that they didn't agree on everything.

Like I said -- you're quite obviously willing to throw Sarah Palin under the bus to service your obsessive Paul-hatred. You just demonstrated as much.

Your hatred for the Paul family clearly outweighs your supposed support for conservatism, for Sarah Palin, for GOP victory -- for anything else, really. It's all you really care about.

As for me, I stand with Governor Palin and do so proudly.

"Hate" and "hatred." That's another one you Paulbots throw around casually. See my glossary above.

Your post is so ridiculous, I don't even know where to begin.

Well, gee -- since Rand Paul is a registered Republican who is leading amongst Kentucky Republicans by almost a 2 to 1 margin, I guess that makes Rand Paul a Republican also, doesn't it?

Go back to your post and read what you quoted from me to elicit that response. Then think for a minute. It really isn't that hard to comprehend.

Like I said -- you're quite obviously willing to throw Sarah Palin under the bus to service your obsessive Paul-hatred. You just demonstrated as much.

That's absurd. How is disagreeing with Governor Pailn's choices of endorsements "throwing her under the bus?" You really like hyperbole, don't you?

Again, I support conservatives. Not moonbat, truther wacko libertarians who are infiltrating the GOP, motivated primarily by their own egos.

Yup. 100% on the money. These crazies suffer from the same cultlike devotion that was lavished on Zero and Slick Willard. When the Slick Willardbots would get cornered, they’d trot out “endorsements” and say because “respected Conservative” Joe Blow endorsed Slick Willard (nevermind that Joe Blow might not know the truth about Slick Willard, and might’ve been lied to about his record), you must hate Joe Blow. Palin is a useful tool in their arsenal, but like with McCain, this was ill-advised. I don’t believe Palin was even told that Junior Paul’s campaign has been bankrolled/moneybombed by his father’s Truther/Anti-Israel fundraising network.

Yes, they think they're so cute with their tactics and they also think they can confuse you by talking in circles.

Almost every libertarian I have ever met tends to think he or she is the smartest person in any given room.

Instead, they just put their own ignorance on display for all to see.

That Ron Paul Koolaid must be some powerful stuff.

Yeah, I’ve dealt with Libertarians within the GOP. We set up a Senate Sim back around 2001 online and some grassroot activists got involved. The hardcore Liberty Caucus types got into the game and started to push their radical agenda through, which included drug legalization. When I tried to put the kibosh on it and have a debate, they said it was “already decided” and shoved it through. When I protested, they revoked my speaking privileges and I was run out of the GOP caucus (even though I was the most Conservative member of the Sim !). They act like Fascists. The problem with these Paleo/Libertarian types is that they sailed so far off the right horizon that they’re now on the political left. It’s no wonder you can put Paul in a room with Dennis Kucinich and they sound almost identical when discussing foreign policy.
