Good point ~ the report fails to address ASSETS and VALUABLES on hand. For instance, there's Fort Knox. Full of gold. All of it valued at far less than it's actual worth.

A minor accounting change, e.g. Gold = $1,000,000,000 per ounce ~ and everything is different.
