McCain is the last man in America who still thinks that being a US Senator is some sort of gentlemanly and nobile occupation.

How a 4 term senator could still be so naive is both puzzing and sad.

Reid said he “couldn’t stand” McCain and labeled his campaign tactics “scummy.”

Hell has officially frozen over, I actually agree with Reid on not just one but two points. I can't stand McCain AND I think the way he runs as a conservative but stabs us in the back once elected, is pretty scummy.

McCain said, “It’s very confusing because he was very personal in his attacks on me during the [2008 presidential] campaign, and then occasionally he’ll stand up on the floor of the Senate and say, ‘Oh, this good guy McCain.’ I don’t understand this. I don’t understand it.”

McCain, This should be absolutely clear to you, it's exactly how you treat fellow Republicans and Conservatives every day.

McCain ran the worst campaign for federal office I have ever seen, with the exception of Rick Lazio’s run against Hillary. The day after he named Palin the momentum swung completely in his direction and he blew it with the worst decision ever, suspending the campaign. If he’s bitter about losing, he should be talkng to the guy he sees in the mirror when shaving.

“We have to convince these independent voters out there that we did learn our lesson about spending and we will be fiscally responsible,” he said. “You’ll notice that the approval ratings of Republicans hasn’t shot up. You’ll notice that the voter registrations for Republicans haven’t dramatically increased. So we still have a real sales job to do.”

Yes, you do. Funny how McCain suddenly finds wisdom before a re-election campaign. Too bad his wisdom lasts about as long as the snow that fell last night and was melted and gone by sunrise this morning. I hope he enjoys retirement.

Juan McCain only knows how to fight against conservatives.

McCain is the Democrats lap dog and toy poodle.

John, let me explain. Harry is a scorpion and no matter how nicely he asks you to give him a ride in a “bipartisan” manner he will always sting you half-way across the stream. It’s what he is, it’s what he does. If you and the rest of the RINOs understood that we wouldn’t be in this mess.

Perhaps Reid and the Dems were misled by McCain's recent campaign speeches into thinking that John is no longer on their side.

Note that McCain's feelings are hurt when he's critized by a Democrat. When he's criticized by conservatives, his usual response is contempt.
