I am lost. We know we are broke. We want government spending to be reduced. Yet people here want to blow billions on stuff that we have already done ( been to the Moon— Done that) and go around and round to nowhere with another politically correct crew. We are out of money. Shut it down.
The President is proposing to shut NASA down, he simply wants to end the manned Space Flight program and shift the monies to other things. He's actually proposing to INCREASE NASA's budget while relying on Russian rockets to deliver our satellites and service the ISS. Not only are we ending the proposed Mars missions, but with the retirement of the space shuttles and the end of the Constellation program, they want us to have a "space" program with no launch vehicles capable of getting to space at all. It's ridiculous.
