On the local TV they said they were not supposed to go in the water with this whale. So they obviously knew it was a problem animal.
one local station last nite also said that the trainer had slipped and fallen into the water and drowned....said the whale had nothing to do with her death despite all the eye witnesses...

Not really a problem animal - it’s a great big wild carnivorous sea mammal, not a freaking pet. I’m surprised this sort of thing does not happen more often, actually.
