If the government needed the authority granted by the Patriot Act to track terrorists under the Bush Administration, they need it under the Obama Administration.

What on earth makes you think they’ll just -or even at all - use this against Islamic terrorists? The law doesn’t limit itself to “Islamic terrorists”.
