Rendell never met a tax he didn’t love. Oh, dear, so many businesses NOT paying their fair share. Fair share my arse!

a picture would go a long way in expaining the subtle dig to those not from the region.

Typical lib, responds to a collection problem by raising the rate.
To stupid and lazy to go after the companies not paying the tax, he proposes to raise the rates on those who do pay.

Yeah, that always goes over well in an election year. I’m starting to wonder if dems don’t actually like the responsibility of being in power and are trying to lose to get back in the minority.

were it not for a bunch of Conservative Bitter Clingers from rural legislative districts (and our state consitution which prohibits progressive taxation of income) Rendell would no doubt have turned us into New York or New Jersey by now.
