Once again, the JUSTICE system cheats the law-abiding public.
If he was in jail in Pierce County, he might have been in the same jail where Maurice Clemons was released on a $2,000 bail. A few days later, Clemons murdered the four cops at the coffee shop.
I think they ARE looking at how the bail process is done in Washington state.
