I don’t care if he was born on the White House steps; he’s STILL not a proven “natural-born U.S. Citizen” until the Citizenship of BOTH his natural parents is known and proven.
This is exactly where the issue gets turned around. The document that Barack Hussein Obama is refusing to release has something on it that will prove him to be a fraud. Don't know what it is but there is something on it. That is where the focus should be. Release that record - period. After that is released then we can talk about the NBC status.
It provides 3 major points.

3. By Whom
From this information everything else needed to prove or disprove ones eligibility can be gathered
I do recognize the black hole, and I’m extremely curious about zero’s background. The backgrounds and ideology of the people he surrounds himself with tell us broadly what that background is, but gives us nothing definitive and concrete to attack with. But that’s only one of several reasons why it isn’t the battle to fight at this time. Government takeovers of private industry, the clear and present danger of more industry takeovers, the raping by the global warming crowd, endless and limitless mega-spending, unemployment, the looming tax bills and lowered standard of living, loss of sovereignty, dependence on foreign resources, government picking winners and losers and doing all it can to “starve” and break red states, union takeovers, and the drive to look in on and control every aspect of our lives are much more serious than the “birth” issue. These are tangible threats - more than threats, really. They’re looming realities. At this point, pursuing the “birth” issue is not only a loser for us politically, it’s a luxury to be set aside for examination at a time when we are in a political position to be masterful in the pursuit, not look like a bunch of tinfoil-hatted whackjobs.
The birther issue will not be a winner until late 2011—this is a reality we have to work with.
The Birther issue is not a stupid issue to pursue if you are an average citizen. But if you are a politician it is just stupid to claim that Obama was not born in the USA. The MSM has unfortunately made it a litmus test of whether one is a fringe kook or not.
JD was smart to disavow the ‘birther meme’ and to instead focus on McCain and his record.
The point is that Hillary would have done her usual opposition research, employed her considerable resources she and Bubba put into place when they were in office, and destroyed zero with it in order to knock him out of the running. BTW, that’s also a trick he, himself, has used when running for office.
This would have cleared him from the birth-er movement but not alienated himself from them either.
It’s in the constitution, plain as day. This was discussed at length in connection with Arnold back in the day when he was still popular.

I believe it`s a legit issue, but its a loser politically. I might bring up the issue of his missing school records, and ask why Obama has lawyers fighting all this? What is there to hide.
I have read that Obama has/had lawyers fighting all these issues. If that is indeed the truth, then that could be a way to go?? People might wonder why he has lawyers fighting to keep school records private. I wonder if he has had them destroyed or even altered?
