The solution for Barack Obama is simple.
He must immediately schedule another Healthcare Speech in prime-time and demand that all of the television networks cancel their regular programming. He can also tell Pelosi and Reid that it will be given in front of Congress, like the State of the Union Address. Members of the Supreme Court would be required to attend, Joint Chiefs of Staff, Ambassadors, would all have to attend.

Required to attend, by whom? The judicial branch is independent of the legislative and executive branches. After the disrespectful lies Barack Obama told the world about the SCOTUS at the SOTU, I would not blamce any of the justices for not attending any speeches by Obama.
