Also, O could exploit the Indonesian citizen status in getting entry and foreign student funding at Occidental college-—why else did O’s lawyers clamp down on those requesting release of his registration and transcript records?
So, 0be does have slave blood making him a real brother. I’d think Zer0 would want this info out in the open.
IF BO, Sr.’s name is on the BC he is the legal daddy, even if he never spermed Stanley Ann! If his name is on the BC as “Daddy”, Jr. is not a NBC!
While I am not given to conspiracy theories, I think this summation may actually be the case. The entire journey of Obama’s grandparents and Obama’s careful tutelage by Marxists throughout his entire life is just too pat to be coincidental. Then the willing acquiescence of a Marxist-oriented media simply seals the deal.
Who knows who the hecks name is on it....
What a twisted tale it all is....
As far as the citizenship issue, because Lolo Soetoro adopted O, any US citizenship O had was revoked because Indonesia did not recognize dual cicitsenship from what I understand. We have NO evidence of any reinstatemnet paperwork for O’s US citizenship. So has he been cruising along using this or that faked documentation—SS#, BC, etc?
And the ONLY way O could attend Indonesian school by law was as an indonesian citizen.
I feel we are arriving at the nuggets of truth here.
I’ve believed for some time that Barry was a bastard (that can be taken two ways and both fit)and that the birth certificate thing was to hide who truly was the father. This makes sense.
Show the Adoption document if true.
O had was revoked because Indonesia did not recognize dual cicitsenship(sic) from what I understand.
US law is not trumped by some foreign country's laws and US law will not allow a parent to renounce a child's US citizenship
We have NO evidence of any reinstatemnet (sic) paperwork for Os US citizenship.
There will never be evidence for something that was never required.
It is widely accepted O was adopted by Lolo Soetoro—hence O’s name of Obama ( Barry ) Soetoro on school records which have been shown on this forum.
As to the other point, I understand that Indonesia did not allow dual citizenship—i may be wrong, show me the refernce on this—in which case the citizenship of the father ( adoptive) is passed to the son.
Not under U.S. law-- if you were born a U.S. citizen, you can never lose your citizenship unless you personally renounce it, as an adult, before a U.S. consular officer overseas. (See the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in Afroyim v. Rusk). Your parents could renounce your citizenship 100 times when you were a child and it would have no effect.
Ok, thanks, one less wrinkle to factor in.
So you will accept a Un-vetted photograph that says Obama's was born in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Your view of what he looks like?
My view is that he is a dark skinned copy of his maternal grandfather. Not that means much.
But your view attacks a fairly consistent paper record including his true birth certificate issued in Mombassa.
Come to think about it, why do you believe that?
interested ?? Seems pretty speculative to me
What certificate issued in Mombassa?
I’m not aware of one that has passed the smell test. Please enlighten me.
Actually, the statutory provision in effect in the late 1970s and early 1980s provided additional ways to lose US citizenship as an adult besides personally renouncing it to the State department.
For example, if Obama took steps to secure his Indonesian citizenship as an adult, such as applying for and obtaining an Indonesian passport claiming Indonesian citizenship, that would likely have done the trick, without the US State Dept necessarily ever having been notified.

Would you kindly cite which statutory provision of United States Code (USC), or perhaps what policy from the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), voids citizenship?
Frankly, the bottom line is: No matter who's the daddy, Barry's mommy was a military brat; so it's irrelevant where little Barry was born. Even when a State Department employee's unmarried child's-child is born overseas, the baby is a US citizen.
Cheers,
OLA
