So who is this a picture of you ask? Nathan Bedford Forrest (July 13, 1821 – October 29, 1877) was accused of war crimes at the Battle of Fort Pillow for allowing forces under his command to conduct a massacre of black Union Army prisoners. He served as the first Grand Wizard of the Ku Klux Klan, an organization which launched a "reign of terror" against blacks and white Republicans during Reconstruction in the South.

So in answer to your question - Yes you can! But only if you can get enough like minded morons to contribute enough money to buy the land and build what you want. I doubt now that Reconstruction is complete and the South regularly votes for the party of Lincoln that you will be able to rais enough cash to do that. Poor you!
