A COLB is a self-authenticating document serves as prima facie evidence of the fact of birth. That means the burden of proof rests on those who would dispute it, not on those who would accept it.

My used copy of Dreams is part of the second printing , I have always wondered if in the original printing in 1995 ,
Barry mentioned discovering his birth certificate as he does in the 2004 Dreams.
And by discovering-it’s Barry’s way of saying, he was sneakily rifling through his grandmother’s belongings.
And he didn’t say he discovered his COLB, he specifically said birth certificate .
Along with a detailed interview given by BO Sr upon his graduation from the Univ of Hawaii.
In which neither a wife or new baby were mentioned.
Barry found this perplexing and blamed an editor for no doubt removing the pertinent information.
Or else his father had to be angry with his mother and was being passive aggressive by not telling the reporter about such an important biographical detail.
One of the aspects of Dreams that makes it almost unreadable is the sheer volume of head spinning minutiae about the most mundane aspects of his life.
He routinely recounts lengthy verbatim conversations and occurrences that happened decades earlier.
With vivid and detailed descriptions of what everyone was wearing , the time of day , the weather conditions ,
the location with scenery specifics and everyone’s emotions at the time.
Including events where he was not present-like his grandparent’s life in the 40s and 50s.
Barry either has a world class photographic memory
or he can time travel .
And yet when it comes to the details of his parent’s relationship and his birth-he is so extremely vague that it stands out like a beacon.

The “Certificate of Live Birth” and a “Birth Certificate” are two different documents. The COLB can be obtained at any age and no matter what country or when you were born...
The birth certificate is documented at birth by the doctor and the facility where the actual birth took place...It is only done AT THE TIME AND PLACE OF BIRTH....

hawaii issued the COLB for Obama upon request....only means he is an actual person and was born....somewhere...

He has NOT shown a birth certicficate....

Quo Warranto

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A Missouri ranch hand has pleaded guilty to taking part in a bank fraud scheme that involved falsely reporting that cattle had been stolen.

Federal prosecutors say 56-year-old Jesse D. Rice of Clever pleaded guilty Feb. 11 in federal court to conspiracy to commit bank fraud.

Rice worked at a ranch owned by Christian County Assessor Sandra Bryant-Littles and her husband, Lonnie Littles.

Missouri Attorney General Chris Koster wants a judge to remove Christian County Assessor Sandra Bryant-Littles from office. Koster filed what’s known as a quo warranto petition in Christian County Circuit Court on Friday.

The cases against Bryant-Littles and Litttles are still pending but the attorney general decided the evidence behind the indictments is enough evidence for a judge to conclude Bryant-Littles should be removed from her elected office “for violating her known duties to properly assess all personal property, including her own and that of her husband, during her term of office,” the quo warranto petition says.

Circuit Judge Mark Orr recused himself from the case. The Missouri Supreme Court will appoint another judge to hear the case. That judge could issue a temporary injunction that would prevent Bryant-Littles from performing her official duties until a full hearing could be held. Quo warranto means “by what warrant?” in medieval Latin. It requires an officeholder to prove his or her right to retain the office.

There will be allot of folks that’ll just disregard and or marginalize this whole birth certificate thing.

I for one have a difficult time believing he is not a NBC, however if it is found that he was indeed a citizen of another country, this will prove to be the biggest constitutional crisis in our history.

It will also become the largest criminal conspiracy perpetrated upon the American public.

I was also starting to think FMD was his dad. But take a look at his half white Brother who lives in China, and watch him talk.

After seeing that, I now believe he truly is the Kenyan offspring and was born a British citizen.

I think he is hiding the BC because it proves he was born a Brit, and the more that string is pulled the worse it gets for him. Any proven facts will only cause him harm, leading to more proven facts and more harm.

I love this thread. No one has come up with an answer yet. No one has confirmed that any BC image that can be found on-line ever came from Hawaii.

I have never seen a statement from Hawaii will confirm that the images are real.

The fact is Obama is a British Subject, and he is not a natural born citizen. It states on his own FighttheSmears website,"When Barack Obama Jr. was born on Aug. 4,1961, in Honolulu, Kenya was a British colony, still part of the United Kingdom's dwindling empire. As a Kenyan native, Barack Obama Sr. was a British subject whose citizenship status was governed by The British Nationality Act of 1948. That same act governed the status of Obama Sr's children." So he admits that his citizenship status was governed by The British Nationality Act of 1948, which is British Law. This is an admission that he was subject to the jurisdiction of a foreign nation, the moment he was born.

The 14th Amendment states, "All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside." In the US Supreme Court case Elk v. Wilkins, 112 U.S. 94 (1884), the Court held the meaning of "subject to the jurisdiction" was "not merely subject in some respect or degree to the jurisdiction of the United States, but completely subject to their political jurisdiction, and owing them direct and immediate allegiance." Also Sen. John Bingham, the man recognized as being the father of the Amendment, had this to say on the subject of the jurisdiction clause: "Every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of your Constitution itself, a natural born citizen." So it is clear that a natural born citizen would not be subject to the jurisdiction of a foreign nation, or it's laws, because being the offspring of two US citizens, and being born on US soil, he would be by both soil and blood only subject to the jurisdiction of the United States.
We all know that Obama's father was not a US citizen, but he was a British subject, and because of that Barack Obama was also subject to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom, the moment he was born. So, it really doesn't matter where he was born, he was still a British Subject, because his father was a British Subject, and he has admitted this on his own website-the best place to hide something is right in the open where everyone can see it.

Yes, you are 100% correct. Alvin T. Onaka, who is the Registrar for the State of Hawaii, stated point blank, that no one from his office has ever confirmed that Obama’s Certification of Live Birth, dated June 6, 2007, was created by them. If they did not provide it, then is has to be a forgery-there is no other place on Earth to get one. These are the facts-but we are called “Conspiracy Theorists” for pointing out the truth.
