It’s funny how snow shut down D.C. for a week, yet no government jobs were lost. Go figure.

I thought that it was interesting that during the snowstorms "only essential government personnel" needed to come in...and hundreds of thousands stayed home.

If there are that many nonessential people, the powers that be could very easily swing a BIG layoff axe.

Just sayin'. Not that anything along those lines will ever happen....
