Let me ask you .. Ever known of an “Entitlement” program that has ever been repealed? This one is different. While the taxes start immediately, the entitlement portion won't start until 2014 at the earliest. Therefore, a 2011 repeal will occur before anyone sees a "benefit" under the program.
