Carrillo is a very conservative RR commissioner and Williams was elected the first time before most of the state knew he was black. I never saw a picture in his literature.
BTW he is also a fine Commissioner and needs a good look for Senate, now or in 2012.

Good, I hope he’s a fabulous conservative RR Commissioner. And I wish him well in whatever he does next.
Incidentally, I met Michael Williams at a meet-and-greet prior to his initial election. The thing that REALLY stuck out about him? No, not THAT.
His bow tie! :)
