...of course he’s gotta be disiplined...Towson is in Baltimore...a city that’s 65% black...black mayor/city council/fire/police/social services/school board/home of the NAACP....the entire power structure is dominated by black Democrats...Towson has to get along in it’s home town...if it means throwing some guy under the bus, then so be it.

Towson is in Baltimore County, not Baltimore city. Entirely different political structure and not the same population demographic.
