But the delays can lead toward further diminishing of support for any form of carbon cap and trade bills in the future. In order for the weasel from West Virginia to keep his Senate seat, he must now appear to protect his folks. He probably will have one Hell of a headache as he dreams about the billions he will loose in the cap and trade scam. But what the Hell. He will not starve to death for lack of money.
