Oh God! How I hate those stupid 右翼 bastards. Its about Spring, so they"ll be hitting roads again very soon. I've always been amazed that there are no laws against 200db mobile PA systems. If anyone knows how that BS skirts any laws regarding disturbing the peace, please let me know.

As everyone knows, there are laws for EVERYTHING in Japan. (or rather against everything, I should say). The issue is whether they are ENFORCED.
For pete's sake, prostitution has been illegal since 1956, and since then how many BILLIONS of yen have switched hands, from wallet into purse?
