Not hardly.
They can suspend your license for a period of time, but that’s about it.
EVERY lawyer I know (and I know quite a few) say to REFUSE any test.

Being a retired cop, I can make it so a person CAN'T pass the sobriety test. It's very easy and if the cop is a prick, you will be arrested for DUI/DWI whatever your state has.
