What is so hard to understand in the following:
“the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed”
Seems pretty damn clear to me.
And in any case, the purpose of the 2nd amendment is not to allow the People to protect themselves from criminals. It is to allow them to protect themselves from THEIR GOVERNMENT!!!!
