If they’re really interested in security maybe they could start with Dept of Homeland Security losing 300 notebook computers per year (or more? forget). Like maybe these federal employees making about 1/3 more than private workers would actually have to go to work & not work at vacation resorts on notebooks accessing sensitive databases and files.
