To either teach foreign languages, engage in spycraft, or be forced to bear children with other Westerns kidnapped and held there in Pyongyang, in order for Kim Jong il to raise up North Korean spies completely Western in ethnicity, but loyal to the Party and Juche, and able to infiltrate organizations abroad. Talk about sick and a violation of international law.

Come come now, my good fellow, the previous Administration worked long and diligently to get the DPRK to agree to the esteemed 'Six Party Talks', and you cast aspersions upon the efforts of former State Department apparatchik Christopher Hill (aka 'Kim Jong Hill'), who tirelessly looked for any and all reasons and justifications to give Pyongyang the benefit of the doubt, all in the interest of world peace.
