This should be a State issue, as it was before roe v. wade, and democrats will lose in the end due to them KILLING their own babies off.

I would be willing to bed that demographically the majority of those who are pro-abortion have never had baby’s.
As I think a lot of people tend to change their views when they have kids, and realize what their dealing with.

To that end conservative States which ban abortion as murder will put more and more people into the situation of realizing the value of that which they would have otherwise simply carelessly killed, thus further bolstering such numbers which will eventual replace the more liberal population of Liberal “pro-choice” states.

And finally the mental illness of Liberalism epidemic will be reduced.

I don’t want Roe v. Wade over turned in such a way that it simply replaces one evil with its opposite. This needs to be a State issue just like murder! The act of an abortion aut to be regarded by pro-life States as a form of murder.

This needs to be a State issue just like murder!

Even state statutes against murder are subject to the Constitution as is evident by the ability to appeal convictions in federal courts.

The fifth amendment to the U.S. Constitution prevents individuals from being deprived of life, liberty, or property without "due process of law. Do you think this Constitutional right should be left to the states to protect?

What about other Constitutional rights like those in the First or Second Amendments? Should we leave it to the states to determine if we should have the right to free speech or to possess firearms?

The right to life is a fundamental right explicitly protected by the U.S. Constitution. All state laws must be in accord.
