I think the plan is for the House to amend the Senate bill, pass it, and send it back to the Senate. The Senate will use reconciliation to consider the House amendments, and then send the corrected bill back to the House for final approval.Unless Stupak and the gang get sandbagged. Once the House passes Commiecare™, Hussein can then sign it.

I honestly don’t think Stupak or any of these Dems making noise has any intention of fighting it. It’s all for show. Breaks my heart that we don’t have enough honest people in the House to stop this coup.
