You mean we haven’t? While Mexico may have occupied the southern half of the state we haven't received any payment for it. Mexico has significant oil...I suggest we sell off CA and use the money to pay down the national debt.

I would actually offer it to Mexico right now and watch how vigously they refuse. That will at least shut-up the LaRaza crowd.
