Didn’t Farah Fawcett play Robert Duvall’s wife in The Apostle?
Yes.
That she did. One of Duvall's great films.
I really can't understand why so few people will own up to a mistake. This guy says he's sorry "but stands by the decision?". Leaving out the others was equally egregious.
I'm glad I don't watch the Oscars anymore.
Yep, she was also in "The Cannonball Run" which did fairly well back in 1981 (far better than "The Wiz" did).
She appeared in several critically acclaimed movies, including the “The Burning Bed”, “The Apostle”, and “Extremities”.
And a bunch of crappy movies like “Dr T. and the Women”.
I did wonder though, once they started throwing in producers and other ancillary people, how they could possibly be showing us ALL the people who died in the past year.
Would it have killed them though to at least have a scroll of all the names of everybody who is in the Screen Actors Guild who died in the past year, even if they couldn’t throw a picture up for them?
