The political fallout in Nebraska from the "Cornhusker Kickback" hasn't subsided.
Nebraska Senator Ben Nelson and Democratic donors have spent more than $500,000 on TV ads in Omaha and elsewhere justifying the sweet exemption from Medicaid costs that was granted Nebraska in return for Mr. Nelson's vote for the ObamaCare bill. But a new Rasmussen poll finds that 64% of Nebraskans still oppose the bill, while Mr. Nelson's personal approval rating has cratered to 40% from 61% a year ago.
Mr. Nelson doesn't face the voters until 2012, but this week one of his likely challengers, Nebraska State Treasurer Shane Osborn, was in Washington doing the rounds. Mr. Osborn is a former Navy pilot who gained fame in early 2001 when his large surveillance aircraft collided with a Chinese fighter jet. Mr. Osborne heroically landed the damaged plane at a Chinese base, saving his 23-person crew, who were held captive for nearly two weeks until released by the Chinese government.

Code Red Tennessee Democrat Congressmen Targeted
The National Republican Congressional Committee has published this Tennessee target list on health care. You can also go to
http://www.votervoice.net/link/clickthrough/ext/94697.aspx to conveniently contact some of these guys. Never mind about the so-called fixit bill: the way to defeat Obamacare is by defeating the Senate bill in the House when it goes to the floor for an up-or-down vote on Thursday, March 18th.

Lt. Shane Osborn was pretty good at flying a busted up P-3. He saved his crew and air plane. An average pilot may not have been as fortunate.

The guy who handed the ChiComs billions in intelligence savings on a silver platter by landing one of our most sophisticated reconnaissance platforms on a Chinese military base?
Pardon me while I throw up!
