Agreed. But you would need a certain process to occur before the military would do so, we have a dictator in the white house who can access the census data base, the census is now controlled by the White House. The military would not kill its own citizens without an act of congress.

A dictator like Obama could kill a citizen with a secret finding and secret executive order. There is a huge difference. Think about your 4th amendment rights, not the technology.
