Chief Justice Roberts will likely have multiple suits coming before his court upon the passage of Obama’s unconstitutional health care bill.
Perhaps 0's plan now is to stir up such a storm with Roberts, that when it comes time for the Court to decide on health care reform, that 0 will demand that Roberts recuse himself. You heard it here first... ;)
Obama can "demand" anything he likes, but he's got no real power over the Judicial branch, and Roberts can just toss that "demand" in the round file without thinking twice.
Besides, Obama wouldn't have any basis to ask for Roberts' recusal on a case regarding the health care legislation.
I'm telling you, Bozo is picking a fight with the wrong dude. Chief Justice Roberts can not only make life miserable for him -- he can potentially have him arrested and removed from office, should just the right case come before his court.
