Ahh... it is always whitey's fault. How dare whiteys move out of this school district and stop paying their tax money to keep this place running.

There is black flight too. I lived in a suburb of Jackson, Mississippi FILLED with middle-class blacks that had voted with their feet out of urban Jackson.

It was a half-white, half-black neighborhood with no crime that fought off a proposed affordable-housing project.
