If Obamacare passes, one thing the Left possibly hasn’t thought of:

THE PEOPLE are now aware of Cloward-Piven.

I can see freedom-loving Americans simply flocking to the government death centers, demanding every conceivable kind of medical treatment, coming back day after day with medical complaints, and complaints about personnel, rudeness, discrimination, abusive language, sexual abuse, etc., etc., etc., etc. Make sure every doctor has an impossible number of patients on his waiting list. Make sure every emergency room is jammed with people having panic attacks, with minor injuries, etc., etc., etc. Perhaps some people with serious problems will have to suffer or die, for a period of time, but the top priority must be: Jam the system.
