Let me guess. They didn’t do a background on him or a polygraph, and didn’t know that he was an outlaw biker. The 2%ers have been trying, and in some cases succeeding, in infiltrating local LE.

It is a violation of police department policy to associate with known felons, according Chattanooga police public information officer Rebecca Royval.

Notice that he didn't care about violating department policy until it became public knowledge that he was violating department policy.
