If there were not FR and Rush Limbaugh and a few others, I’d be so depressed. I have hope, because some of us are truly educated as to what this country means, and we are willing to sacrifice all for freedom if we have to.

Hello people, I am absolutely outraged by the way our elected leaders secretly cut backroom deals with one another, make trades for votes like it is the NFL trading season, over-ride our objections to their whims like we are small children meant only to be seen and not heard! This IS NOT what our forefathers envisioned for us in time of elections. This IS Not a Democratic way to run our Government, our Country, and I am mad as hell! I find this not only appalling, undignified and unbecoming of an elected official, but also bordering on the edges of treason as well! I want to know America; Where is your anger? Where is Your outrage at what we are historically witnessing? These people who took an oath to God, Country, and Duty to represent, have lied not only to you and I, but to the good name of offices of which they were elected to, as well! They seeming act as though they are above the law, flouting their acts of grievances openly as if to dare anyone to challenge them. This is a stain on our American values, this is a crime against Democracy, and it is absolutely repugnant to all who call their selves Americans! So I ask you again America; where is your outrage? Have we become so infantile, so dumbed down, so pathetic, that we find our selves unable to react to the atrocious behavior of those who have miserably failed to represent us? We need to find it within ourselves to hold these people who refuse to listen to our wishes, our voices, our values, completely and totally accountable! For far too long they have gotten away with doing as they wish, not what we wish! It is time people, it is now time to make your voices heard, not theirs! It is time to find your outrage, your anger, your duty; to God, Country and Honor!

Not really... it just takes a full blown refusal to cooperate in any way, millions, the ones that don’t want this. JUST SAY NO. There is nothing they can do. They can’t arrest 200 million people. I see a full blown tax revolt in the near future if they ram this through. As Tom Cruise said in Risky Business.... “Sometimes you just have to say.... what the f**k.”

Now one must attend “healthy living” classes at work IN ADDITION to “Tolerance” and “Diversity Training”.

Yeah good question...the only few notables I hear raising any real outrage are on talk radio and Fox which the MSM has totally marginalized and reduced to nothing more than "entertainment"....

A HUGE part of the so called “stimulus package” which was supposed to stimulate the economy and create jobs was nothing but Pell grants. Dontcha just love paying for other kids college education. FK this place, it sucks. I just can’t take much more. I am so close to heading South.

This IS NOT what our forefathers envisioned for us in time of elections.

When people approach an election campaign with greater sophistication than a junior high school pep rally, we might begin to see some changes in the results.

The contempt for both our Constitution, the rule of law, and the Republic is evident in the chicanery practiced in Washington D.C., especially of late, and this should NEVER be forgotten, especially when the next ballots are cast. Throwing out the entire Congress, with rare exception, would be a darned good start.

"But they House can pass it as is and just send it to Bo...right?

If reports are to be believed, that is what they're intending to do, albeit in a rather distasteful way with the so-called "deeming" provision.

The Senate can just not do reconciliation...then we are stuck with this as is.."

That's right. In fact, Budget Reconciliation bills MUST originate in the House, as they are designed to be purely budgetary instruments. Once it (the Reconciliation Bill) passes they House, it will be taken up in the Senate under the Reconciliation rules.

Even with the "deeming" provision, the House Dems are going to be taking a HUGE leap of faith that the Senate can actually get passed the Reconciliation Bill they'll be sending them. I'm sure that leaves many Representatives with an uneasy feeling, especially the most rabidly leftists Representatives who are the most beholden to BigUnion.

If the House passes the Senate version, the Bill is passed.

It doesn't matter what the Senate does.

It was the House that wanted abortion funding .. not the Senate .. in fact the senate left if out.

I’m so confused .. and I think that’s exactly what the libs want .. they want us to be confused so we can’t figure out what they’re doing.

A small percentage say that but you actually think it will happen? I guess we will see in November how many real Americans are left in this country...that will show us where we really stand.

I sometimes wonder if the democrates know well November is not going to be good for them and are quite willing to put this thru even at the cost of not being reelected...and that deals were struck for appointments to gov. positions when they take back the gov. in the following election. Therefore no skin off their nose to take the heat now...they’ll let the Republicans pick up their mess and come back in and just re-assume their agenda.

They said babies, toddlers and elderly. Under 5 they haven’t spent money on educating them, etc. They don’t have as much invested so they are less important than a 10-15 year old. These people are MONSTERS.

This will destroy the Democrat Party for the next generation.

What they are attempting to do, having been stymied by the election of Brown, is simply ignore the Constitution.

Not a single Democrat has raised his voice in protest!

I think that is very probably, at least with some of the members who see the writing on the wall, irrespective of how they vote on this.

I have also said that the lame-duck session coming this fall will be a dangerous time. Who knows what else they'll try to pass after they get their whooping in November.
