The Israeli military says it has arrested a senior commander of the Palestinian faction Hamas after he spent more than a decade on the run.
Israeli troops and the Shin Bet security service caught Maher Uda overnight Saturday near the West Bank town of Ramallah.
Uda has been on Israel's most wanted list since the 1990s. He is considered a founding member of the Hamas military branch in the West Bank. Israel blames him for the deaths of at least 70 Israelis.

At last, the IDF and Shin Bet now have their man: Maher Uda.
Expect obama and the boys to demand that they set him free and pay reparations for hurting the poor little hamas girls.
Good now maybe they can make a trade for their soldier that was kidnapped.
So that he can kill more Israelis? Not a good idea IMO.
Next step: hang him!
yeah I thought about that after I wrote it.
Maybe extract his brain, bile, spleen and liver. /sarc
Neah. Hamas is just going to kidnap some more Israeli soldiers to trade for him. This was a bad idea.
They should have snatched him quietly, extracted all he knew, then buried him in lonely place where he’d never be found...
