Do you honestly believe that the voters will vote for Democrats just because we are at war. I think that would hurt the Dems even more.

I certainly do believe that. The sheeple are not bright, they are bathed in Leftist propaganda by the MSM, and they have a natural human instinct to rally around the leader in times of war, at least initially.

Besides, their is an amazing tendency for fascism to lead to war. Wilson, FDR, TR, Hitler, Mussolini, etc. all gloried in war. War enables enormous expansion of govt. power.
