I have been calling, and will continue to do so..But I have a question. If this does pass, does anyone know if it can be repealed? Or since it is unconstitutional can the courts do something about it? I am literally sick to my stomach over this!
I heard earlier that the Republicans will run on repealing this Bill if it passes and that they will use whatever process the ‘Rats used to pass it to repeal it. I presume that means if they use Reconciliation, that’s what the ‘pubs will use.
It can be but probably won't be until there is a change in the White House. Obama will veto any attempt to repeal so we'd need 67 votes in the Senate and 2/3rds vote in the House to override.
