Requiring a permit is an infringement on keeping and bearing arms, therefore it is unconstitutional. You are correct on one thing, carrying concealed used to be frowned upon and open carry was the norm, but nanny staters managed to brain wash enough of the public to the point many of them have screaming fits if they see a gun, so now open carry is considered, by many, to be "bad".

Ok... I see your points. I thought NH was a Non-Permit CCW if you live there. The only thing that concerns me if the Non License-CCW states conform they usually only apply to residents. Would it be true that if you traveled through thos Non license CCW states you could not carry concealed?
