Don’t you think, if the Democrats had the votes for Obamacare, it would be the law of the land right now? I have been telling friends for days that it doesn’t matter if Obamacare is somehow “passed” by the House and sent to the White House for the President’s signature. It is as dead as Marley’s ghost.
The law will be challenged by law suits or possibly nullified because of the manner of passage and elements of its content that require citizens to buy health insurance. That is manifestly unconstitutional.
I know the common wisdom among the Democrat denizens of Washington, D.C. is that once Obamacare becomes law the great heaving mass of ignorant and unwashed citizens will quickly forget about the whole thing. They are wrong.

Those Democrats voting for this will also be called to the Grand Juries as material witnesses to felonies committed by Obama as a poser-in Chief being NOT a POTUS with legal standing.
I doubt even after 7 years these felonies will be overlooked, too much of America knows Obama is an impostor and will be demanding justice for many years.

All well and good, but let’s NOT have to depend on some leftist judge to suddenly uphold the Constitutional rights of the American people. Defeat the friggin’ thing NOW if at all possible. Republicans should be ALL OVER the airwaves, exposing this fraud for what it truly is...a massive enslavement of the American public. Where are they?? Mitchie the Kid is, as usual, hiding under his desk, hoping for the best without having to actually take a position. These republican “patriots” don’t give a rats behind about the final outcome of the bill. They are just looking forward to November and reclaiming their power. If the nation is destroyed, our rights trampled and the Constitution shredded in the interim, so what!! As long as they get their power back...that’s all that’s REALLY important. Why stand up now and perhaps stick their necks out??!! The American people have forced the current brutal situation on the demoRat party, through Tea Partys, Townhall turnouts, etc. And only we can stop or REMOVE Husseincare should it become law.

I still stay they do not and will not have the votes and the witch will not use the slaughter rule.
He apparently wasn’t born anywhere. No one wants to claim him. We are so screwed and if it comes out he isn’t legally qualified to be president, it won’t matter in the future for other candidates. At this rate the United States Constitution will just be “guidelines”.
