To: Cee-gar Man US Marine

Welcome, Nick and April to FR. I have a followup to question #6 above.

What existing departments in the US government do you advocate axing - as they are beyond the scope of the constitution?

Many of these fall under the Executive Branch, so to get rid of them, I would cut the blood from them...the money. That begins with the line by line budget analysis. Without an ability to prove their funding, they won’t recv any...and the executive may keep them, but they will be in name only with no teeth. 1. The EPA As far as Dept of Education, multiple layers of bureaucracy would be sheered off and replaced by school vouchers. If there is no Constitutional value for it, it will recv no money. That is what I can do as a COngressman.
