I believe approximately three-fourths of the States are considering nullifying ObamaCare. A couple have already done so. The People must do the same. If you are threatened with a fine or imprisonment for refusing to get insurance, REFUSE TO COMPLY! I dare the federal tyrants to start imprisoning people!
An Article V constitutional convention requires application by the legislatures of only 2/3 of the states, and any proposed amendment requires ratification by 3/4 of the states. If, as you say, 3/4 of the states are already moving toward nullification in some manner, a constitutional amendment prohibiting federal intervention in matters pertaining to health care delivery, insurance, regulation, financing, credentialing, etc. might be on the near horizon.
They will simply seize your money to pay the fine.
Obama's crowd will have absolutely no problem with that -- or with shooting them. They'll just call out the New Black Panthers.

Nullification is bogus doctrine. Even Jefferson Davis dissed it down to the ground. It can't stand up to the Supremacy Clause, as long as a State is still in the Union.
