As a citizen of the United States, I hereby declare that the Federal Government is in violation of the Constitution, and my rights as an individual, with their pursuit of the Health Care Reform Bill, and, therefore, I refuse to be subject to any of the “requirements” or “obligations” imposed by the legislation.
I refuse to purchase health insurance under the threat of fine or imprisonment.
I refuse to pay any increased taxes associated with this bill.
I refuse to have my tax payments be diverted to handpicked states and constituencies who were promised special “deals” during this fraudulent process.
I refuse to financially support any legislation that arbitrarily confers special benefits upon a select group of people, while denying those benefits to others.
I refuse to support any legislation that arbitrarily places undue burden on a select group of people for the benefit of another.
I refuse to support any policy that requires a private business to provide services to any person or group of people that are not in the interest of that business.
I refuse to support any legislation that has not been secured by a Yay of Nay vote in both Houses of Congress and signed by the President accordance with Article 1, Section 7 of the Constitution.
As a free citizen of the United States, I hereby waive my right to any suggested “benefits”, exempt myself from any increased taxes, and absolve myself of any and all "penalties" described in the unconstitutional Health Care Reform Bill.

It’s useless, the Dems and the Media have conspired against the American People.
The only thing to do is send 10,000 people crashing into the House in the middle of the vote Saturday. The Capitol police might start shooting, but if several thousand Patriots rammed right thru security and into the House, do you think they would still vote for this piece of $h!t bill?

The Boston Tea Party started over a penny tax on tea imported from England. This Obamacare Bill costs over one sixth of our gross national budget, over $1.2 trillion. If this does not start a revolution or civil war, what would?
I believe if you use goverment math that 1.2 Trillion is at least 2 Trillion and could be as much as 7-12 times what they estimate. (I always use 4 times the estimate and that is usually pretty close.)
Americans, even uneducated ones, will wake up and say no.
The revolution only had 1/3rd support.
And the Constitution says that "we have a duty, if the gov. goes out of line, we have a duty to change it."
All we want is change it back to the original plan.

Spend your time getting people out to vote in November. That might result in something.
Actually, that is a very good idea. The capitol police would be idiots to start anything. Civil War is coming anyway. Working people are not going to be robbed to pay for the heathcare of the non productive Obama supporters and illegal aliens. Obama will have succeeded in tearing this country down to a civil war. I believe that was his goal all along. He doesn’t care one bit about anyone’s health. Our government has abandoned us in favor of power and tyranny. God be with us
